Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon by, on the one hand, Feï Paris, a company with a share capital of €20,000, whose registered office is located at 7 rue de la Sourdière, 75001 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 903 980 837, hereinafter referred to as “Feï Paris,” and managing the website www.feiparis.com, and, on the other hand, any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.feiparis.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer.”
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the contractual relationship between Feï Paris and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.feiparis.com. Purchasing a product via this website implies the Buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before placing an order.
Before any transaction, the Buyer declares:
- That the purchase of products on the website www.feiparis.com is unrelated to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use.
- That they have the legal capacity to commit to these terms and conditions of sale.
Feï Paris reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to comply with new regulations or improve the use of its website. The applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the Buyer.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.feiparis.com by Feï Paris, subject to stock availability. Feï Paris reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a detailed description of its main technical characteristics (capacity, usage, composition, etc.). Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller.
The sale of products listed on www.feiparis.com is intended for Buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Article 3. Prices
The prices listed on the product pages of the online catalog are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the applicable VAT rate on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may affect product prices. Feï Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price listed in the catalog on the date of the order will be the only price applicable to the Buyer.
The prices do not include delivery fees, which are charged in addition to the product prices depending on the total order amount. For orders in mainland France exceeding or equal to €50 (VAT included), delivery is free.
Article 4. Orders and Payment Methods
Before placing an order, the Buyer must create an account on www.feiparis.com. The account creation section is directly accessible from the side menu. Upon each visit, if the Buyer wishes to place an order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), they must log in using their credentials.
Feï Paris offers the Buyer the option to order and pay for products in several steps, using one payment method:
- Secure payment by credit card via STRIPE: The Buyer selects the desired products in the “cart,” adjusts if necessary (quantities, references), verifies or enters a new delivery address, and reviews the delivery fees and selected carrier. The next step requires the Buyer to review all information, acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and confirm the order by clicking “Confirm my order.” The Buyer is then redirected to the secure STRIPE interface to safely enter their credit card details. Once payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is finalized.
Credit card payments are irreversible. In case of fraudulent use of the card, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the payment. The amounts paid will then be refunded.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of complete understanding, and waiver of any conflicting terms.
If the Buyer provides an email address in their order form, Feï Paris will send an email confirming the order.

Article 5. Retention of Ownership
Feï Paris retains full ownership of the sold products until payment is fully received, including principal, fees, and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
Under Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has fourteen business days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form and are limited to the agreed geographical area. Orders are shipped via La Poste using the COLISSIMO tracked service without signature. Delivery times are indicative; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sale contract may be canceled, and the Buyer refunded.
Article 8. Warranty
All products provided by Feï Paris are covered by the legal warranty provided under Articles 1641 and subsequent of the French Civil Code.
Article 9. Liability
Feï Paris’s responsibility is limited to a best-effort obligation. Feï Paris cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from Internet use, including data loss, intrusion, viruses, or service interruptions.
Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of www.feiparis.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Feï Paris. Reproduction or exploitation of any elements, including photos, logos, visuals, or text, is prohibited without permission.
Article 11. Personal Data
Feï Paris commits to maintaining the confidentiality of Buyer-provided information for certain services.
Article 12. Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. The competent court for any disputes will be the Tribunal of Paris.
